William C. Taylor
1938 – 2015

AGAWAM – William C. Taylor, 77, died Tuesday in Mercy Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. William was born in Monson, lived in West Springfield for 30 years before moving to Agawam a few years ago. He was a retired Security Guard for Westfield State University. An Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, he belong to the Agawam American Legion. His wife Eileen (Siddell) Taylor died in 2013. He leaves four children Kimberly Colby and her husband Shawn, Pamela Houle and fiancé Fred Miodowski, Crystal Wells and fiancé Frank Thorne and Raymond Stearns. He also leaves twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, a sister Nancy Price and her husband Ted and his sister-in-law Susan Taylor. Besides his wife he was predeceased by a brother Dennis Taylor. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Tuesday at 10:00am followed by burial in the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
