Yvette Rita (Gregoire) Bolduc

West Springfield – Yvette Rita (Gregoire) Bolduc, passed away Sunday September 4, 2016 at the Bolduc family ranch in Westfield, MA with her family. Yvette was born in Springfield MA. May 5, 1931, daughter of late Archie & Lina (Vigneux) Gregoire. Both of her parents were born in Canada. She was a graduate of Commerce High School class of 1950. After graduation she worked for Buxton in Agawam. On September 9, 1950 she was married to Leopold B. Bolduc and in 1953 they moved to West Springfield, where she lived for 63 years. In 1960 she and Leo started their own business L. B. BOLDUC Trophies and Sporting Goods, the largest embroiderer in the Northeast supplying the NFL and NBA with apparel and the largest Matchbox distributor in the Eastern United States. After retiring in 1989 she and Leo resided in West Springfield and Point Judith Rhode Island. Yvette is survived by a daughter Rose Y. (Bolduc) Blais and her husband Yvon of Feeding Hills; a son Leo C. Bolduc and his wife Nancy of Westfield. She also leaves her four grandchildren Marcel Blais of Worcester, Nicole Blais of Feeding Hills, Gregoire and Danielle Bolduc of Westfield; 17 nieces and nephews along with a lifelong group of beloved friends.. Yvette was an only child. Her cousin Charles Leveillee was like a brother to her. Yvette was preceded by her Parents Archie and Lina (Vigneux) Gregoire and her loving husband of 61 years Leo Bolduc. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 at 9:30 with Liturgy in St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 10:30am.
